A few years ago, I started learning about the potential benefits of eating dates during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I began recommending them to my pregnant clients. While many started eating them and saw the benefits, they struggled to consistently incorporate them into their diets.
Determined to find a solution, I started experimenting with dates at home to try to make them easier to eat (I love dates, but six dates is a lot of chewing!), more portable and more delicious while only using healthy and natural ingredients. After tinkering and recipe testing for months, I landed on the simple formula that you see today...and Due Dates was born!
